Citibuild was officially founded in 2015, but its foundations were laid years earlier when founders Dan White and Dan Meehan began working together in London. While delivering fit-out and construction projects across the UK and Europe, they refined their trade skills and developed a shared belief in the value of diverse expertise, strong teamwork, and honest client relationships.

Back in Brisbane, they set out to build a company around those principles—bringing together a team with varied skills but a shared commitment to quality, integrity, and collaboration. What started with a few trusted colleagues quickly grew into a full-scale operation, with the team so busy they’d been working for nearly a year before the Citibuild name was made official.
